ONE ROOM REMAINING STILL LOOKING FOR PERFECT TENANT

Malasaña area of madrid. C/ pez and C/ Marques santa ana I have two rooms available as of Jan 1st. My lovely roomates are leaving and need to fill the rooms. Large room has been rented but still looking for perfect roommate to take other room.

Other room is the one I stayed in for a year and shared clean bathroom, room is pretty sweet, no windows though but not bad really, never been a problem for me. Im very decent. The entire house has everything necessary, quite spacious. I am 29 years old. teaching, and also a tour guide studying theater. Speak english, french and spanish 350 monthly rent!! wont last long! dont have much time left, must decide on a tenant.
