Sophisticated, grunge,hip retro style neighbour hood

Malasaña area of madrid.  C/ pez and C/ Marques santa ana I have two rooms available as of Jan 1st. My lovely roomates are leaving and need to fill the rooms.  One room has window and private bathroom... good for a nice girl.  Other room is the one I stayed in for a year and shared clean bathroom, room pretty sweet, no windows though but not bad really, never been a problem for me. Im very decent.  The entire house has everything necessary, quite spacious.  I am 29 years old.  teaching, and also a tour guide studying theater.  Speak english, french and spanish 500 and 350 are two prices!! wont last long!
