The flat is 2 mins away from Delicias metro and 5 mins away by bus to Atocha. Buses pass frequently. It´s got a supermarket close by, pharmacy, etc. Very central location. Rent is 300 Euros rent plus approx. 30 Euros bills (electricity, water, internet Wi-fi and telephone. We are looking for someone to move in at the start of January.
