Great flat in the center, amazing location, available from January 1st, 2012. Two rooms available on c/ Postas, approx 200sqm, 30 seconds from Sol & Plaza Mayor. Fully furnished and equipped, with a well-lit, spacious living room. Very quiet at night, especially in light of its location on one of the busiest streets in Spain. I’m, 25, an English teacher/entrepreneur/host at Madrid’s premier co-working/social entrepreneur space. Clean, organized, extroverted, I work a lot and travel when I can. I’m looking for housemates who are also clean and organized, for a minimum of 5 months.
