Nice sunny and quiet room Embajadores (no smokers)

Nice room in a quiet and sunny flat (5th floor, yes, there is a lift) at 2 minutes walk from underground and train station Embajadores.
I'm looking for a nice, quite and non smoking person to share my flat with as from early January. Minimun stay 6 months.
The rent is 400 euros including all bills except internet (15 euros). There is a month deposit.
I'm a French and English teacher and a photographer and videographer too. I'm myself quiet and have a good sense of humour.
