attic flat in chueca for rent from mid jan/start of feb

I´m looking for someone to rent the flat I live in from next year, as I unexpectedly have to go back to England. It´s an attic so it´s really light and has lots and lots of character. Excellent location, between metros Chueca and Gran Vía. 2 rooms, one double and one single. Rent 775 per month plus bills. Contract until September, and you can extend it after that too.
