the apartment is in moncloa (ciudad universitaria) 5min walking away from "metropolitano" and "guzman el bueno" metro stations. All amenities are by the street, 2 min, supermarkets, bars, restaurant, gym.
We are looking for friendly, working &/or studying non smoker people.
We have wifi, new lcd tv, 24hr doorman and A.C., padle court and swimming pool.
