British guy looking for flatshare

Hi.
English guy. 35 years old looking for friendly,clean and social flatshare for end/october or beginning of November.
I am coming to Madrid to teach English and looking for a nice flatshare close to the centre of Madrid.
I am relaxed,chilled-out guy who likes all sports,travel,cooking etc.
Looking to pay between 300-400 euros per month..
I prefer non-smokers, and if I find nice people and a nice flat then I can stay long term.
