Need a Room to move in this weekend

Hi, I've just started work as an English teacher in Madrid. I'm 24 (male) and am looking for a room close to the centre. Somewhere in the Tribunal or Lavapies area would be ideal. My budget is 350 including bills etc...Please get in touch if you have anywhere in this price range that I can view this week.
