The house is very big, with a wide saloon, kitchen with 2 fridges, washing machine, microwave , etc. And more.

We have internet wifi. 

In the house live professionals between 26 and 30. We search to share with student or worker person, man or woman. 

The house is in Parque Santa María subway station, line 4, 15 min of the downtown. The price is 280 euros per month if you reserve it this month, and 150 euros of deposit that we will refund to you when you leave the room.
