looking to rent a room for october 1st

Hello! My name is Cayce and I am a 24 year-old English teacher from the United States. I am looking to rent a room beginning October 1st. I am very friendly, easy to get along with, and extremely neat. I also love to cook. I am hoping to find a flat (preferably with Spanish speakers, so that I can practice the language) where I can stay on a month-to-month basis, as I am not sure how long I will be staying in Madrid. I am looking to pay somewhere around 300 euro per month.
