Plaza santa ana - room to rent

2 young female professionals are looking for a third person to share their flat.
An exterior room,with a built-in wardrobe,double bed & desk is available. A bathroom to share with 1 of the girls, together with a large kitchen &living room overlooking the Plaza. 
Plaza Santa Ana is 5 minutes walk from Sol!
Included in the 575€ rent are all the bills including internet. Ideally we would prefer a young professional rather than a student. A minimum stay of 10-12months.
