ROOM HEART OF MADRID!!!! LA LATINA

Hello! Pepe (my dog) and I are looking for a flatmate to come in  FROM THE 16 OF SEPT. !It´s a very nice flat for 2 in a typical renewed corrala  in the heart of Madrid ( La Latina), 10 min walk from Sol. It has a living room, a bathroom and a big kitchen. Internet & telephone.  Also central heating (important in winter). The room is not big, but has high ceilings, a large window (although interior) but it is the brightest area of the house. It has a 1.05 cm bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The house is very quiet.I`m looking for someone cheerful, peaceful  and that loves dogs, as Pepe - my dog-  is the 3rd flatmate. Minimum stay  about 10-12 months.The price is 380 €, plus expenses about 30-50 € (internet, telephone, electricity, water etc.)And a month deposit.
