Hello we have a room available to rent, the flat is near plaza mayor,sol,opera and la Latina. This flat is situated in the heart of Madrid. The room available is of a decent size it has a private bathroom that is modern, tv, small desk, wardrobe. The flat is quiet as most of the people here work and study.
