# ONLINE BUSINESS ENGLISH TEACHER

We are looking for an experienced Business English teacher to join our team and teach online classes to adult professionals.

We are looking for someone organised, structured, dynamic and adaptable, with proven experience teaching Business English online and managing small groups of up to 8 students.

Our students want to improve their English for real-life professional situations. We therefore need a teacher who can combine strong language teaching with a **practical, workplace-focused approach**.

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons adapted to the level and needs of each group. Classes should have clear objectives and combine language development with practical activities such as:

• Role-plays and workplace simulations
• Meetings, presentations and negotiations
• Business vocabulary and useful expressions
• Professional emails and communication
• Small talk, networking and expressing opinions
• Speaking and listening activities
• Problem-solving and real-life workplace situations

We are looking for someone who **prepares their classes carefully**, rather than simply relying on conversation. You should be able to identify the group's needs and adapt content and activities while maintaining a clear structure and progression.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience teaching Business English to adults/professionals
• Experience teaching online groups of up to 8 students
• Excellent lesson-planning and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate students and encourage participation
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• C1/C2 level of English or equivalent
• Experience with corporate clients is highly valued
• CELTA, CertTESOL, TEFL, TESOL or equivalent is a plus

We are looking for someone who combines **preparation, structure, dynamism and adaptability**, and who can make every lesson useful and relevant to the students' professional lives.

### WHAT WE OFFER

• Initial contract until **November 2026**, with the possibility of extending it for a further 3 months if the collaboration works well for both sides.
• **€18 net per teaching hour** for employees.
• **€20 per teaching hour** for self-employed teachers (autónomos).
