Looking to work on my Tagalog (Filipino) and/or Ilonggo

Hi! I'm an American based in Spain with an advanced level of Spanish. I have a Filipino background but a very low level of Tagalog and am looking for Tagalog and/or Ilonggo speakers to do an exchange with Spanish (could also be English but I imagine most Filipinos are already fluent). To give a bit of context, my background is Ilonggo (Hiligaynon), so I have a basic understanding of that, and a lower level of Tagalog. I would be happy to work on either, but imagine it will be far easier to find Tagalog speakers.
