Single bedroom with a window facing a very quiet interior courtyard (completely noise-free).
Very comfortable: cool in summer and warm in winter.
You will share the apartment with two other guys who both work and study.
This is a place to rest and unwind. It is not a party house; it is our home.

Male aged between 28 and 40.
Responsible, clean, respectful, and used to sharing a flat.
Someone who works and/or studies (with a busy daily routine similar to ours).
Non-smoker only. No pets allowed (building policy).
No parties permitted.

Price: €300 / month.
Deposit: 1 month deposit.
Minimum contract of 1 year (long-term preferred).
A valid DNI or NIE is strictly required to sign the tenancy agreement.
