Hi! Looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly roommate for a room in La Latina, about an 8-minute walk from Puerta de Toledo (Line 5). Move in is August 1st.

• 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment
• €430 a month + bills (usually €40–65, including electricity, water, and Wi-Fi)
• 2 months’ security deposit + €100 agency annex fee (to be added to the existing contract)
• Looking for someone interested in staying long term (at least 1 year)
• Looking for someone around our age (23-29)
