900€/month | 16 Hours | Kids Teacher in Pinto | Sept. ’26

WE’RE HIRING!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, native teacher to work with us in our brand new centre in Pinto, Madrid!

Position:
- 12-month contract from September 2026 - August 2027
- Teaching kids from ages 3 -14
- Delivering dynamic, engaging classes to groups of 6-8 students
- All classes are pre-planned and lesson plans are provided to the teacher
- All non-teaching work (grading, meetings with parents etc) is paid at the same rate.
- In the summer months, helping us run our summer camps and planning upcoming year.

Timetable (Block hours):
Monday: 15:30–19:30
Tuesday-Thursday: 16:00-20:00
*These hours include a paid weekly meeting on Mondays and paid prep time.

Salary
16 hours/week
900€/month gross

Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have experience with teaching Infants and Primary kids through games and exciting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a passion for languages,
learning and working with young learners, and must have an enthusiasm for trying novel ways of teaching.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be a native level English speaker
- Must have TEFL or TESOL qualification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with the children and their families
- Professional and passionate about teaching and learning languages
- Ability to work in a team
- Technology savvy - able to use digital resources to deliver fun, engaging lessons
- Must have full eligibility to live and work in Spain
- Because our classes are communicative and dynamic, it is essential for the teacher to be
energetic and open to adapt to our methodology.

Although this position is for 16 hours, it’s very likely that these hours will increase as the course progresses. If the candidate proves a good fit during their first course, they will be offered a permanent contract (contrato indefinido).
