Early Childhood Music Facilitator The International Institute in Spain is seeking a passionate and creative Early Childhood Music Facilitator to lead our Music Together classes for children ages 2–4, accompanied by their families.
This role involves delivering a joyful, interactive music experience in English, where young children and their caregivers participate together through songs, movement, rhythm activities, and simple instruments. The aim is to create a warm, engaging environment that encourages early musical development, language exposure, and family bonding.
About the role:
Lead weekly Music Together sessions for children aged 2–4 and their caregivers
Use English-language songs, movement, and musical play to engage families
Encourage active participation from both children and adults
Foster a fun, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere
Help families continue musical activities at home by sharing songs and ideas
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with young children (early childhood education, music, or EFL background preferred)
Is confident leading group activities with families
Has strong musical awareness (singing, rhythm, or basic instrument skills)
Is energetic, warm, and engaging
Communicates clearly in English
