Room to rent July and August

Room to rent in a 85 sq meter home in Pinto. You have Cercanias Line 3 and Interurbano buses at your doorstep. No smoking is allowed.

I will be traveling most of the time and would like to find a responsible young woman to stay with my gorgeous cat. There is a significant reduction in the rent for looking after kitty! 
250 euros a month (no air conditioning) or 250 euros a month plus bills WITH air conditioning. 

I will be in the apartment part of July and part of August, but when I am gone, you will have full use of the house except for my bedroom. 

2 months deposit required.
