Rent Part of My Flat, Teach Arabic & Cat Sit

I am renting part of my 85 sq meter flat to a female who can teach me Arabic and stay with my cat, while I am gone. This is a temporary summer arrangement which will begin in June or July and end August31st. 

The flat is located in Pinto (Madrid) - 25 minutes from Sol on Cercanias and there is a bus stop 2 minutes away.
