COUNSELORS for OVERNIGHT SUMMER CAMP

Camp Treetop is seeking responsible and motivated Camp Counselors to join our team for a two week overnight summer camp working with children aged 8 to 13. This position involves supporting the daily operation of the camp and ensuring a safe, engaging, and positive experience for all campers.

Camp Dates:
- June 27 to July 11
- Counselors are required to arrive on June 27 for training and camp setup
- Campers arrive on June 28

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily activities, games, and workshops
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of campers at all times
- Provide emotional and social support to children throughout the camp
- Assist with meals, bedtime routines, and daily schedules
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive camp environment

Working Hours:
- Daily schedule from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with scheduled breaks throughout the day
- Counselors assigned to night supervision will have mornings free

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children
- Ability to manage a demanding schedule and handle high-responsibility situations
- Strong sense of responsibility, energy, and teamwork
- Full availability for the entire duration of the camp

A doctor, nurse, four managers, multi-adventure staff, helpers, lifeguards, and the camp director will be on site throughout the camp to ensure safety and provide operational support.
