Sublet from January-June

I'm subletting my room in Vista Alegre from January 1st to June 1st in Madrid. It is a large furnished room with queen bed, sofa, large closet, desk, and private, ensuite bathroom. You have air conditioning as well. The apartment is with 3 other girls studying in Madrid who are very nice. Everyone communicates in Spanish. Rent is 520 a month, gastos are never more than 40 euros a month.
