Emotional Support Counselor

Hello! We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Emotional Support Specialist to join our team during the July 15–29 camp session in Avila, Candeleda. This role is vital to ensuring the emotional wellbeing of our campers and supporting staff in responding effectively to behavioral and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small-group emotional support to campers as needed

Identify signs of emotional distress and develop strategies for intervention

Support campers in navigating social challenges and transitions

Qualifications:

Degree or current study in Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Experience working with children or adolescents in group settings (camp, school, clinical, or youth programs)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary- 830€
