Tunisia: exchange dinares for Euros;
Tunisia: This is a bit of a long shot. I have been working in a school in Tunis. As much of a recommended tourist destination as it is there are certain problems (aggressive taxi driver, for example) but a big issue is the fact that the currency is 'protected' and cannot be taken out of the country. The school did not provide me with adequate information so I have rather a lot of dinares on me as of yesterday! Is there a Tunisian out there in Madrid? or someone who's planning to go there shortly (only two hours flight from the Spanish capital!)? I have the equivalent of 407 Euros right here at today's prices! In any case, if you're looking for up-to-date information on this 'African Switzerland' (that's what it says here) do get in touch!
