O Room-eo, Room-eo, wherefore art thou Room-eo?

Hello!/¡Hola! (Más abajo para verlo en español)

So. It's early-mid September and my main hobby right now is: "flat-hunting", not great. If you would like me to have more time to spend doing other things on my days off AND you have or know of a lead with respect to a room, then I would LOVE to hear from you. 
About myself:
Callum; 32; loves long walks on the beach etc; currently working near the Ciudad Lineal Metro area of Madrid and just looking for something within the 450 Euros p/month type of sort of thing. Responsible and sociable and things. Looking forward to hearing from you! :D

A ver, estamos en los días primeros/medios de septiembre y mi hobby principal es "buscar un nuevo piso", no es algo...bueno. Entonces, si tú te gustaría que tuviera mi tiempo libre para centrarme en otras cosas Y si tú tienes - o eres consciente de - una habitación en Madrid, me encantaría que me enviaras un mensaje! :D
