English Language Teacher

We need a teacher for the following hours and levels:


Tues/Thursday morning from 10:00 to 12.45 (with 15min break) - Intermediate intensive course (adults)
Tues/Thurs afternoon from 17.15 - 18.30 - FCE PREP course (teens)
Mon/Weds from 19.30 to 21.30 - Beginner intensive course (adults)
Fridays - 16:00 - 18:00 - FCE PREP (teens) and 18:00 - 20:00 A2 (YLs) course (6-8pm)

TOTAL: 16hrs/week on a contract

Priority will be given to candidates who can do ALL classes. There will be the possibility for more hours and 1-to-1 classes as well as a full-time position as of September 2023.


This part -time position is well suited to teachers who have exam preparation experience and are looking to supplement their teaching timetable in a friendly and supportive environment


We offer:

Paid training sessions from 15:00 - 16:00 every other Wednesday (optional)
Modern classroom facilities with smartboards and small groups of learners with a maximum of six students per class
€15 euros / hr minimum (gross) with increments available for some higher level qualifications.

Job requirements:

Celta, CertTESOL or equivalent minimum (Delta, DipTESOL or MA TESOL desirable)
Able to work in the EU
Experience in teaching a variety of age groups and course types (General English, Test Preparation Courses, etc) is preferred
Highly Proficient User of English
Having a reflective attitude - taking on feedback to develop
Commitment to professional growth and outstanding customer attention
Ability to communicate effectively and be a proactive member of our team

Teacher duties:

To plan and deliver student-focused, dynamic and engaging lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels, with clear and achievable learning aims
To use a wide range of methods, approaches and techniques in order to teach young learner, teen and adult classes
To collect and report on accurate records of student learning progress
To assess students and complete student reports in accordance with school curriculum and course syllabus
