Capitán Pomelo's crew must be qualified in English as a first language or have proven record of living and working abroad as teacher of English as a second language.
The English Teacher must be open, resilient, sympathetic and patient which will enhance the learning process. Ultimately, a capitán pomelo's English Teacher should be student centric engaging students in meaningful and fun activities.
English Teacher Responsibilities:
Teach basic English skills focusing on speaking and functional language. 
Follow lesson plans adapting them to students' pace in order to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson. Execute lessons efficiently using different resources that could add to the learning process such as games, crafts, challenges and so on.Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere.Raise awareness about multiculturalism, languages and environment based on the material and objectives for the session.
Show students the correct pronunciation of words, use of English and language conversation. Show students to think critically when studying literature or being part of a project. English Teacher Requirements: Computer Skills sessions are 100% online. Minimum of 1-year experience in a teaching role.  The ability to execute lessons with meaning, in a fun, and engaging manner. Salaries vary considerably, depending on your experience and amount of hours you teach. 
We are currently offering a for part-time position. Higher-end salaries are usually for those who work in new projects, design material and are part of The Innovation and Learning Team.
