Native teacher Looking for single or double room

Hello.
I am looking for a large single or double room in the north or south Madrid from June.
I prefer to share with only 1 person, only 2 people if there are 2 bathrooms.
Non-smoking flat preferred with air-con.
Looking for a clean, quiet and mature flat (I am in my early 40's). 
Hobbies are travelling, photography, cooking, sports and going to the gym.
