Looking for an individual that wants to convert themselves into a YouTube professional!

Sporting Club Madrid is an international sports project and we're looking for an individual or small team to take all the content that exists within our daily operations and begin to make money out of it via media channels. 

Can be a videographer/editor, does not need to be someone in front of camera.
