FLATMATE WANTED

We have one room available for rent in a 3 bedrooms apartament in Canillejas (Madrid), in the street called Valderrobres postcode 28022.

 The flat is close to many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks and 10 minutes walking from the underground (Torre de Arias and Canillejas stops).

Bedroom is furnished, has a big closet, desk, chair, two small windows, a wallbed (110 cm), fan,  TV (32”) and a shoerack (outside the bedroom, in the hallway). You will be sharing the bathroom with only one of us, as there are 2 toilets in the flat.
 
Rent is 350 Euros a month (this includes the bedroom rent + the cleaning every 15 days + the internet). Then you have to add the water, light and gas (no more than 50 euros per month). A bail month is required too.

About us: we are a 29 and a 31 year-old spanish girls and a quiet and small dog (Dachshund). One of us works at home and I am a teacher in an school. We are both Spanish. 

We are looking for a respectful, social, laid back person, kind and VERY CLEAN and TIDIED PERSON to live with.
