Interlocutors for Exams needed

We are looking to hire exam interlocutors for the June exam period. June 3rd to June 24th. The hours will be in the mornings, from Monday to Friday.

It could be full weeks, or single days. Locations will be west and north west of the Comunidad de Madrid.

IMPORTANT:

    You must be residing legally in Spain
    with the ability to sign to a contract with Seguridad Social OR be registered as autónomo

Information about and requirements for the position:
Interlocutors conduct the speaking part of the exams with children in schools. The Interlocutors do not mark or evaluate the performance of the candidates. They are only responsible for managing the interaction with the candidates to facilitate the exam and for recording the examination.

All Interlocutors must be approved and must be:

    Fluent in spoken English.
    Suitably qualified and experienced in the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language.
    Fully familiar with the 6 levels of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
    Able to adjust their language to reflect the 6 levels of the CEFR.
    Highly skilled at eliciting information and making sure the student feels at ease.

Interlocutors receive the Guide for Interlocutors and related training material, in which all their duties and responsibilities are described in detail. They attend Interlocutor training and are assessed following the successful completion of the training session.
The performance of the Interlocutors is assessed on an ongoing basis by the Chief Examiner and/or Team Leaders through review of recorded examinations.

Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in English language or similar field
    Postgraduate, Research and/or Teaching Qualification (Linguistics, Education, ELT/TESOL, CELTA, DELTA)
    Experience in teaching and/or testing, minimum 3 years
    English language (native or C2, accredited)
    Will receive a training programme and accreditation (certificate) from our company.
