We are looking for a motivated, confident, professional ELT individual to help us increase our sales in the ELT sector, through a consultative sales approach. 

The role involves working closely with our partner Sales Team, one of the and providing specialist ELT support including in depth knowledge of all key courses from a teacher viewpoint in the context of the Spanish Schools environment. 

The role also requires accurately reporting back market feedback as well as providing a compelling and accurate story of what makes our materials good for teachers in a consultative sales context.

The position involves travel within Spain to maximize ELT sales. You’ll be responsible for maintaining key ELT contacts, building relationships with the ELT education community, and helping our Content team produce the best ELT materials in Spain. 

You need to be able to recognize a sales opportunity, using good listening skills, understanding teacher’s needs and how to solve them, and possess the ability to follow up and deliver what you promise to schools and those you work with.

Your time will be also spent talking about the benefits of our courses and training teachers through presentations and workshops.

You’ll be reporting back, working on statistics, working together with a wider team and using all your diplomatic skills to make sure Pearson ELT is represented to the best of your abilities.
