English and Spanish Language Curriculum Developers Needed
All Right is a fun and interactive online ESL platform which serves students from 4-12 years old. We are looking to add an additional Curriculum Developer (or 3) to our Methodology Department. This is a full time position (40 hours per week) and is partially remote, so the ideal candidate should have strong time management and organizational skills, as well as a fully functioning laptop or computer plus strong wifi.
Candidate duties:
-Work in slides.com to create visually pleasing, interactive and mobile friendly lessons for online use
-Write unique English or Spanish language curriculum for children, teens and adults according to Cambridge's prescribed learning outcomes and the CEFR framework
-Collaborate with the marketing team to help produce promotional material for our programs (ie. lead magnets, mini courses, free e-books, etc.)
-Write supplementary materials for course, such as homework and assessments
-Take the lead on projects such as special interest courses (ie. Minecraft, animals, cooking, etc.), self guided courses (written and pre-recorded for students) and large scale custom assessments (contracts made for schools based on the needs of the students)
Candidate requirements:
-At least 3 years ESL teaching experience (experience teaching online is even better)
-Proven experience writing engaging material for young learners (examples will be requested)
-CELTA/DELTA/TESOL/TEFL/TESL Certification
-Knowledge of the CEFR standards and frameworks
-At least a C1 in English or Spanish
-A strong portfolio of previous lessons or courses you have designed and written
-Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would be an asset but not required.
-Video and audio editing skills would be an asset, but not required.
-Music production skills an asset, but not required.
*Please note, if you don't tick all of the boxes but feel like you'd be a good fit, I am open to considering junior curriculum developers with a scheduled pay increase after 6 months. 
Salary: $1000-$2000 per month, negotiable depending on experience. You get 2 weeks vacation, plus all bank holidays off, potential for quarterly bonuses, a weekly free lunch and a present on your birthday
