Nice, sunny room with terrace near the centre

I rent for one person only a bright room, relatively large (+ 9m2) and with double bed. The room has a large built-in cabinet plus private bathroom (shower, not bathtub)
The apartment has a large living room with terrace, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.
The apartment is located on a quiet street facing southwest. Although the room faces the street, there is not much noise.
The apartment is 2 minutes from the metro station (line 3) and the "Embajadores" train station.

The rent is 490 euros per month
There is a deposit of one month (490 euros). All expenses are included as long as you make "normal" use of the supplies.

The room is rented from Sept. 21 until the end of June/July 2021.

I am looking for a person (man or woman) rather quiet, pleasant treatment, respectful of common spaces, serious, solvent, committed to household chores, and above all, NO SMOKING.

I am a very nice person and rather quiet, with a good sense of humor, quite cultured, about 60 years although I don't look my age; ). I am a French and English teacher as well as a photographer and videographer. I like photography, history, art, cinema, exhibitions.. .
I speak French, English, Spanish and some Italian.
