Hey guys

We have online boxing fitness classes for all levels Monday to Saturday at 7pm

For those of you who don't know Buzz Fitness, we have been giving boxing classes to many people, such as: expats, auxiliares etc over the past 4 years to but once the coronavirus hit (pun intended) we've had to adapt and put our classes online.

These classes are still relatively new so I'd like to invite everyone to try at least one and see what you think.

No gym equipment is necessary and all levels are welcome.
