Looking for someone good with DIY

Hello!

I need someone who can attach a bookcase to a wall. It's free standing and I want to make it more secure. You can see the picture attached.

Also, a second request (at short notice, I know), is anybody with a van available to tomorrow morning at 12 PM. I need to move a table and 2 chairs from one part of Vallecas to another.
