SOUND BATH CONCERT Sunday October 27th

SOUND BATH CONCERT this upcoming Sunday October 27th, 2019 in Valdemoro (Madrid). Lie down, relax in front of the fireplace and enjoy a bath of vibration. Time for connection. Sound gives you something to focus on, making it easier to clear the mind. Everything we experience around us are in frequencies (think from the molecular level to color, temperature, sleep, heartbeats, emotions), including sound. When frequencies are unaligned, we tend to experience imbalances; we have extreme spikes up, and extreme spikes down.

We'll be using crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments that revitalizes the mind, body, and spirit. We set the stage for deep mediation, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
