Room with bathroom and pool, long term rent

Hi! I will shortly have a room opening up in my flat in Ensanche de Vallecas, between metros las Suertes and valdecarros (line 1) near la gavia shopping centre. It’s a great flat, really modern and the room is a double bedroom with your own bathroom. It’s a lovely complex with a pool and gym and 24 hour security, also a parking space if you need it. I’m British, 30 and working and looking for someone with a similar profile (don’t mind nationality tho of course and I speak fluent Spanish) must be an animal lover though as I have 2 cats!
