Job Description
The Escalated Care Team is part of our Operations Team, that manages all the request of a our clients, after having made a purchase.
Overview of Responsibilities
This person will manage FRENCH AND ENGLISH incidences for all our products, keeping a customer orientaded attitude and offering our best practice as a well-known company.
Main Duties & Responsabilities
Manage claims received via Marketing & Social Media channels
Manage claims received over the phone and by email into any customer services address
Mantain a good relationship with our providers
Increase internal proposals to detect possible improvements in our customer experience
Support your colleagues in other sites
