The method is called Biography Work. It consists of following the path of your life, looking for its rhythms and archetypes, for universal or individual characteristics of your biography, in order to find meaning and impulses for its further development.
The sessions will take place in Calle Cebada 5 (metro station La Latina), and they can be done in English, Spanish, Italian or German.
