Shared apartment in La Chopera

Hi,
I am leaving my current shared apartment at the end of October (contract to be signed on the 30th/31st October) which is in La Chopera (in between Embajadores and Legazpi).
Room with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Other furniture and things available to buy if needs be (desk, bookcase, duvet set etc).
Shared bathroom with 1 other person.
Other person is an English speaker but speaks Spanish and French.
Kitchen (cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine), lounge (sofa, table). Balcony. Heating. Fibre optic WiFi.
10 minutes walk to line 6 or 3.
425€ per month plus gastos and WiFi.
You need a work contract and a months deposit.
