Room to rent for October in Alonso Martinez

Hi!

I am renting out my room in Alonso Martinez for October. 

The room is spacious with a fireplace and french window, lots of light.

The flat is on the fifth floor of an old building that over looks plaza Alonso Martinez and is very beautiful and very large. (lots of wooden floors). 

It's a flat share with four other Spanish speakers, all employed, between the ages 25 - 50 and is pretty quiet.

I am looking for someone with a job who is 24 or older.

The rent is 500 for the month plus 35 for bills.
