Rent a sunny room in Embajadores : 450 euros

Hi, 
I'm renting a room from Oct. to Jun. near the centre of Madrid, in Embajadores district. Metro and train at 2 minutes walk.
The room is aprox. 9 sqm. has an in-built cabinet, private bathroom (shower, not bathtub). The place is relatively calm and sunny (5th floor)
I'm looking for a non smoking person, quiet, respectful of commun places in the appartment. 
I'm a quiet person myself in my 50s, and consider social life is something you do outside, not in the flat.
I'm a French and English teacher and also speak some Italian.
