Enghish tutor with kids and adult

I need somebody to speak and play with my kids in English. It will be a casual  conversations and do activities in English; and in the case of my young daughter sometimes help with her English school lessons. 
I also would like this person to give me English classes. Basically, I will need a person who speaks with me in English and sometimes explains grammar .... 
I will need this person only once a week, in the afternoon. My idea is that somebody will be 1 hour with each of us (my son 14 years old, my doughter 11 and me). The day could be on Tuesday or Thursday.
