Single room in huge flat. Plaza de Castilla 1 August

Hello.
We have a small single room for 230 euros per month in a large flat very close to Plaza de Castilla.  Big living room, with 2 balconies, good for sitting and having a drink.
There is a big park 5 minutes from the flat and the N49, N177 to Plaza Castilla from the corner. The night bus N22 and N24 arrive very close to the house from Cibeles.   To share with 2 teacher. 1 English and 1 Bulgarian (male and female).
We clean the flat on a weekly basis. This is very important. We don´t want lazy irresponsible people.
