Hi, we are looking for a flatmate from January to share with 2 professionals (Irish & Spanish)in a 3 bedroom flat in Puerta de Toledo (5 mins from La Latina, 15 from Opera) The flat has 2 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen and is fully equipped with TV, oven, microwave, internet etc. The house is in a quiet area of the city but close to many bars, restaurants and nightclubs. 
price 377 euros per month plus bills (20 euros per month on average) plus 1 month deposit.
