Hi, This is a lovely 3 bedroom apartment, fully furnished. Metro station is approx 7 mins from Puerta Del Angel and 8 mins from Principe Pio. There are 2 of us guys that are living here and we are looking to rent out the third room, preferably a Spanish speaker. Expenses not included.
