Nice and Cheap Room with terrace at Bernabeu Area

Hey There! I am going to USA during three and a half months along summer in order to do part of my PhD. So, my room would be free since the beginning of July to middle October (or July-September, three whole months). It is a great opportunity for people who need a home for few time or looking for s long-term flat. The rent is cheap (300€) and the flat is very well located, quite new, including a nice terrace with all my plants (that you could take care of them if you want!). Really you are not going to believe that cheap price comparing to the quality of the flat. The flat is shared with two girls.
